The "Listen to Myself" pampering package helps you calm down after a hard and busy day.
The set includes two products: a Relax eye pillow filled with flaxseed and dried lavender, and a relaxing Relax Oil Blend. The weight of the eye pillow feels soothing on the face, and the Relax Oil Blend is scented with gentle essential oils of orange and lavender.
The breathing exercise designed as part of the product package helps to calm the mind and recover from the day, as well as relaxes muscle tension in the body and makes it easier to fall asleep.
