By accepting marketing, you will receive messages even if your phone number has been blocked from direct marketing.
If you wish to stop receiving SMS marketing and reminders, please reply to any text or mobile message you receive from us with the word STOP or use the “unsubscribe” link found in each of our messages. Please do not reply to our messages with your own words or requests; they will not result in an unsubscribe. The service is free of charge, but your telephone operator may charge a message fee for the message sent.

Purpose of processing personal data

We do not collect payment information from people who shop online, we use external service providers (Paytrail Oyj and Klarna Oy) to process payments.

Other sources of information:
- an online shopping platform and various applications connected to it (including a rewards program )

In addition, we may purchase information from third parties that complement customer information (including public registers maintained by authorities).
Data transfers
We do not share, rent or sell personal or customer information to third parties.
Customer data is not disclosed outside the EU or EEA.
The exceptions are:
Approved third parties who process personal data and to whom data may be disclosed in accordance with applicable law (We use shopping behavior and browsing data with partners to better provide you with products and offers that are of interest to you.)
- information related to the development and reporting of operations, from which individual persons cannot be identified
- Disclosure of information related to suspected crimes to authorities
Principles of register protection
We take appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. We protect customer information using various physical and electronic methods and instructions.
