Delivery terms and payment methods

Buying from the Finnish Voglia.fi online store is easy and safe. The products are sold by Voglia Oy (Business ID 3237306-3). Your order will be shipped from our online store warehouse in Hämeenlinna Lamm within the next few business days of your order. If your order does not meet your expectations, you always have a 14-day right of return. Please see the right of return section for more information.

We charge a €3 handling fee for returns (full or partial return) of products ordered after October 2, 2023. We charge a €20 handling fee for uncollected packages. Please read more about our updated terms and conditions in the right of return section.

To help you choose the right size, we have added a product-specific size chart to each product page, where you can check the size that suits you. Remember to check the size recommendations in the chart for each product. The chart opens below the size menu by clicking on the measuring tape.

To make a purchase, you must provide a valid and working email address, as an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. You can use the shipping ID on the order confirmation to track the progress of your shipment. You can see the shipping costs related to the order and any costs related to the selected payment method, detailed in the shopping cart. The payment transaction and payment methods are handled by external service providers: Paytrail Oyj and Klarna Oy.

We charge a €3 handling fee for returns (full or partial return) of products ordered after October 2, 2023. If you want to change the size or color of the product, you can notify our customer service by email. Product exchanges are always free of charge. If shipping costs have only been free for orders exceeding a certain amount, Voglia Oy will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded if, after a partial refund, the final amount of the order remains below the set limit.

By accepting the order, you agree to the delivery terms and conditions of Voglia Oy's online store. Voglia Oy's Voglia.fi online store only accepts customers of legal age and delivers orders to people over the age of 18 to mainland Finland.

Delivery methods

Free shipping on orders over €150. Does not apply to home packages or DHL Express delivery.

Please remember to provide the correct phone number, as arrival notifications are often sent via text message.

Pick-up from your chosen PostNord point, price €6.90
Pick up your ordered products from the nearest PostNord point within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from a PostNord service point.

Pick-up from the post office of your choice, price €7.90
Pick up your ordered products from your own Posti within 1-4 business days. You will be notified by text message, email or parcel card of the arrival of the package and you can pick up your shipment from Posti / a Posti service point. You can track the progress of the package on the Posti website using the code JJFI.... on the order confirmation.

Pick-up from your chosen Posti parcel terminal, price €7.90
Pick up your ordered products from the Posti parcel machine of your choice within 1-4 business days. You will be notified by text message when the package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from the machine as soon as you receive the code.

Home package, price €14.90
You will receive your order directly to your door in 1-4 business days. After placing your order, Posti will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

DHL Express delivery, price €11.90
You will receive your product to your desired location within 1-3 business days, for example as home delivery, delivery to your workplace or to a pick-up point of your choice. After placing your order, DHL will contact you, allowing you to arrange a delivery time and location of your choice.

Pick up from Voglia store, price €0.00
You will receive your product delivered directly to our store, delivery time 2-7 business days. You will receive an email notification of the arrival of the package, after which you have a week to pick up your package from the store.

Payment methods

You have a wide range of secure payment methods at your disposal, from which you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • your own online bank
  • all major credit cards
  • mobile payment
  • Klarna invoice & Klarna installment payment.

Online banking payments
For online banking payments, Paytrail Oyj (business ID: 2122839-7) forwards your payment to Voglia Oy. You will see Paytrail Oyj as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement.

Plastic
You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards, in which case the payment is made securely using Nets' SSL-protected online payment form. Neither the online store nor Paytrail Oyj has access to card information and payment card information is not stored in our systems, but Paytrail Oyj acts only as a payment intermediary service provider and appears as the recipient of the payment on the customer's card invoice. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Voglia Oy / voglia.fi online store acts only as a marketer of products and services and delivers the products to the buyer.
In payment card payments, the transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Paytrail Oyj is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments.

Mobile payment methods
OP's Pivo is a service that works in the Pivo app, allowing the payer to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from their account or as a card payment from their card by accepting the payment in the Pivo app. Payment terms are available on the Pivo website, read more here .

Klarna payment methods
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ.) (head office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods where payment is made directly to Klarna / Klarna acts as a credit provider.

Invoice: payment is due within 14 days of delivery of the products. No billing surcharge, no interest when you pay your invoice within 14 days of receiving the products.
When you choose invoice , you will receive an invoice for your products in your email when the order has been processed. Please also check your spam folder if you do not see the invoice. The invoice costs / interest are determined by Klarna Oy and are visible when choosing a payment method. The terms and conditions of the Klarna invoice are available here .

Installment payment: you can pay your purchase flexibly in several monthly installments. Please note that in this case you will be charged separate invoicing / credit opening fees related to the payment method, as well as possibly credit interest depending on the payment term and amount. You will receive information about the invoice to the email address you provided. See the current terms and conditions here .

Promotional invoice: if the purchase offers an option for an extended 1–3 month payment period for an initial fee (e.g. “Buy now, pay in February”), you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of the promotional invoice.
Klarna / Privacy Policy
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we will pass on information about you to Klarna, such as your contact details and order details, so that Klarna can assess whether different payment methods can be offered to you and offer you suitable payment methods.

Right of return

You can always return products purchased from the online store within 14 days of the return policy, either to the store (does not apply to POP UP stores) or using the shipping methods below. Hosiery products are hygiene products that do not have a right of return.

We charge a €3 handling fee for returns of products ordered after October 2, 2023 (full or partial return of the order). The handling fee includes the costs of cleaning the returned products, packaging materials for the order, and invoice processing. We will deduct the €3 handling fee from the amount refunded to you. If your original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, and the total amount of your order after the partial return is less than €150, the delivery fee of €6.90 and the return handling fee of €3 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Product exchanges are always free of charge and you can read more about it in the product exchange section.

Starting from October 2, 2023, we will charge a handling fee of €20 for uncollected packages.

When you want to return the products to us via Posti or DHL, please follow the instructions below. Regardless of the return method, the products must be carefully packaged, e.g. in the original shipping packaging, and the products must be accompanied by a properly completed return form, as well as the customer's information and order number. Note! The right of return does not apply to repair and customization services or cosmetic products.

Return to store
Regardless of the delivery method, you can always return your package to our Vantaa or Espoo store. Your return will be sent to the online store's warehouse with our normal shipping, where a refund will be made using the original payment method once the package arrives. Please keep the receipt you received from the checkout until you have received your refund.

Return with customer return ID
Regardless of the delivery method, you can always use Posti's customer returns. Write Voglia's customer returns code 601708 on the package and deliver it to a Posti service point. Keep the receipt you received until you have received a refund.

Order delivery method: Posti Return with Posti's Easyosti code
Register your return at: posti.fi/palautapaketti. To register, you will need your parcel's shipping ID (starting with JJFI). The website will give you a unique Helposti code, which you must write on the parcel. Keep the code with you until you have received your refund. Take the return to the post office or parcel machine of your choice.

Stick a return label on the package

You can also make a return using Posti's customer return ID 601708 by delivering the package to a Posti service point. Keep the receipt until you have received a refund.

Always remember,

Pack the returned products carefully and without damaging them. Always include a carefully completed return notification form with your return, or at least your contact information and order number. Keep the receipt of your return until you have been notified that your return has been processed and the refund has arrived on your account / credit card / you have received an email notification of the cancellation (change) of your invoice. Only a receipt / voucher can track a lost return.

Refunds for returned products will be made using the same payment method as the original order. Voglia Oy will refund via Paytrail Oyj or Klarna – depending on your payment method. If shipping costs have only been free for orders exceeding a certain amount, we have the right to deduct shipping costs from the refunded amount if, after a partial refund, the final amount of the order remains below the set limit. If, in connection with a partial refund of an order, the conditions for the benefit tied to the euro amount are no longer met, the refunded amount will take into account the price of the products remaining to the customer without this benefit.

If the product/products have been put into use or their condition does not correspond to a new product, the customer is responsible for the depreciation in value of the products put into use. If the product has become unsaleable due to use, the customer is responsible for the entire value of the product.

Customer returns apply to packages returned to Voglia stores, sent with a DHL return label, and returned via Posti, where either the Helposti code or Posti's customer return ID: 601708 has been used.

Product exchange

Product exchanges are always free for products ordered from the online store. If you want to change the size / color of the product, please contact our customer service. You can also change the size / color of the product you ordered in the store, if the product is part of the store's selection. A full exchange for another product of a different price is not possible.

During the campaign, we recommend ordering the product directly from the online store and returning the product to be exchanged according to the return instructions. This way you ensure that the product you want is still available. When products are limited / restricted / numbered, we cannot guarantee that the correct size will be available when exchanging a product if you send your exchange request by email or with the return package.

If you return all products / the product was your only purchase, we will charge a €3 handling fee upon return.

Complaints and consumer protection

The general terms and conditions of the online store or the product warranty granted by Voglia for its products do not limit the customer's rights under consumer protection legislation or the company's statutory liability for product defects.

If you notice that a product purchased from the online store has a product defect, you must make a complaint as soon as possible after discovering the defect, either via the form on the product warranty page, by sending a message to asiakaspalvelut@voglia.fi or by taking the product to a Voglia store. Voglia is responsible for the shipping costs of the product, you can get further instructions on how to return the product free of charge from customer service or from our staff in the store.

If the complaint is not incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation, Voglia may reject the complaint.

The Consumer Protection Act, which protects your rights as a customer, also applies to shopping with us.

Right to cancel a distance sales contract

The customer has the right to cancel the distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to an order where the product has already been customized according to the customer's order before it is shipped (the dimensions of the new product have been changed according to the information provided by the customer). To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must clearly notify Voglia Oy of their decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation notice can be made by letter by post (Voglia Oy, Häkylätie 12, 16900 Lammi) or by email: asiakaspalvelut@voglia.fi

After notifying/exercising the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned no later than 14 days after the notification. The products must be delivered well packaged to a post office. The return must be made using Voglia Oy's customer return code, which is free of charge for the customer: 601708. The customer must keep the receipt from the return until the refund has been made using the original payment method. We do not refund the delivery costs of products returned by cash on delivery or other delivery methods.

Canceling an order before delivery
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to asiakaspalvelut@voglia.fi

Other delivery terms

Voglia.fi online store reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs, as well as the right to make changes to the service or its general terms and conditions at any time. The changes will come into effect when the customer accepts the terms in connection with a new purchase or when browsing the store.

The user is responsible for all orders placed using his/her username and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username and password.

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly shipped product, we ask that the product be returned to Voglia Oy as a customer return according to the instructions above.

A possible incorrect price on the content and info pages of the online store does not entitle you to purchase the product at that price, but the price of the product is the price shown on the product card / in the shopping cart.

Any changes to prices/delivery costs will only apply to orders placed after the changes come into effect. Unused discount codes cannot be applied to orders at a later date.

Purchases made in the online store and in stores accumulate points in the Voglia Family customer account, provided that the customer has identified themselves to their account at the time of purchase. Bonuses can be used in the Voglia online store and in stores.

Voglia.fi online store reserves the right to interrupt the ordering process in the event of obvious price errors. An obvious price error refers to a possible pricing error of a product in the online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product. An obvious price error can be considered, for example, that the price of the product is erroneously marked as €0.00 or, for example, €0.59. In the above cases, the incorrect price is so clearly different from the correct price that the customer is deemed to understand the error. In such a case, Voglia will contact the customer to inform them of the situation before continuing the ordering process.

Voglia is not responsible if the delivery of an order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Voglia online store, such as war, natural disaster, work stoppage/strike, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that hinder or prevent the operation of the Voglia.fi online store.
