Return instructions

Our products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The returned product must always be unused and in saleable condition, with the product tags attached. More detailed delivery/return terms and instructions for complaints can be found here .

Return instructions:

1. Fill in the return form with the quantity of products to be returned and the return code.
2. Pack the products and return form carefully in the original packaging.
3. Deliver to a Posti point with customer return code 601708
or return your package to a Voglia store. Opening hours and store information can be found here .
If your original delivery method was DHL, you can also return via DHL, see return instructions www.voglia.fi/dhl
Keep the receipt and return tracking code you received until your money is refunded!
