Instructions

Use Ritual Oil for skin care during the massage.

Start by wrapping yourself in a soft Eden bathrobe and cleansing your face with Face & Body Ritual Soap.

Preparation

  • Sit in a comfortable position and straighten your back.
  • Place both soles of your feet flat on the floor, rest your palms on your knees or thighs, and relax your shoulders.
  • Close your eyes and breathe in and out calmly through your nose a few times. Take a moment to feel how you feel.
  • Start tapping your face lightly and leisurely with your fingertips for a few calm inhales and exhales. Also work your way down to your neck and décolleté.
  • Then, apply the facial oil to your skin calmly using the roll-on tip in a circular motion. Finally, use your fingers to gently pat it onto your forehead, cheeks, chin, neck and décolleté.
