Delivery and payment methods

Delivery methods:

• Pick up from store €0.00 delivery time 2-7 business days
• Postal package €6.90 delivery time 1-4 business days
• DHL Express €11.90 (including home delivery) delivery time 1-3 business days
• Home package €14.90 delivery time 1-4 business days

Free shipping does not apply to home packages or DHL Express delivery. If you return some of the products and the total amount of your order is less than €150, a shipping fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.

Payment methods:

Online banks, credit cards, mobile payments (Mobilepay, Siirto), Klarna invoice and installment payment.

Return:

You can return an unused product within 14 days free of charge by mail or to Voglia stores. Note! The right of return does not apply to repair and customization services or cosmetic products.
