DHL Express

With DHL's On Demand Delivery, or more commonly known as DHL Express, you can receive your package whenever and wherever you want.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation, after which DHL will contact you via email/text message. By clicking on the link in the message, you will be able to choose the most suitable option from the options below.

DHL Express returns are free.

  1. Pick up from a DHL location
     You can order delivery to the nearest pickup point, which is conveniently nearby or along the way.
  2. Agree on a delivery time
     You can choose the delivery date that suits you best.
  3. Give up signature
     Authorize DHL to deliver the package without your signature.
  4. Delivery to a neighbor, reception, or security guard
     Give DHL permission to deliver the package to, for example, a neighbor, reception, or security guard.
  5. Delivery to another address
     You can give DHL permission to deliver your package to another address, such as your workplace, school, or family members.
  6. Waiting over the holiday
     If you are on holiday, DHL can hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days so that you receive your package at a time that suits you.

DHL Return Policy:

You can easily return your package delivered by DHL Express by sticking the return label found in the package over the old label.
You can then view the nearest DHL service point and take the package there, or order a pickup at a time and location of your choice.
