Tips for measuring

The easiest way to measure the amount of shortening at the hem or hem is to put on the garment and fold it in front of a mirror to the desired length. Secure the fold with a pin, for example, so you can straighten up and check the measurement in the mirror. Then measure the fold on a flat surface and select the correct number of centimeters for shortening on the product page.
